Clients are required to share accurate personal details, including name, date of birth, contact information, and a description of their concern. Where relevant, clients should confirm birth time and birth place in addition to birth date, as inaccuracy in this information affects the reading.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all information submitted — including birth date, birth time, WhatsApp number, and email address — is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect predictions, remedies, or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a consultation where information provided appears false, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate, and to suspend or terminate a consultation where a client behaves abusively or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made during the consultation.
Consultation fees, where applicable, will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of paid services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. GST shall be charged where applicable, in accordance with prevailing Indian tax law. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking. Payment must be completed as agreed before remedies, detailed reports, or extended consultations are provided, unless otherwise specified in writing.
We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks where Services have already been provided.
Personalised reports, horoscope analyses, remedies, and consultation summaries — including those delivered as PDF documents, kundli reports, remedy reports, or via WhatsApp — constitute digital content created specifically for the client. Once delivered, such digital content may not be returned or exchanged.
Due to the personalised nature of astrology consultations and customised reports, fees become non-refundable once a consultation has commenced or the personalised service has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation of a scheduled consultation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee may be forfeited.
